Financial Services Authority
The Financial Services Authority is an independent body introduced
by the government to watch over financial services and to protect the
consumer.
Their helpline is able to answer general queries concerning financial
products and services, but is not able to give recommendations or specific
personal investment advice.
The FSA publish a variety of booklets and fact sheets concerning financial
advice, pensions, mortgages and making a complaint.
